- Server logs: We use AWS CloudFront access logs to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, geographic region, browser type). These logs do not contain personally identifiable information.
- We do NOT use: Third-party analytics trackers, cookies for advertising, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind.

- We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (S3 server-side encryption).
- Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel (the company owner).
- We do not store payment card information — this is handled entirely by our payment processors.

- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Assessment data: Retained for 1 year after delivery of the report. Deleted upon request.
- Client project data: Retained for the duration of the engagement plus 1 year. Deleted upon request.
- Server logs: Retained for 90 days for operational purposes.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
